If you do not have agreed delivery conditions, the following standard delivery times and charges will apply.

Delivery timeframe
Products are normally delivered within 1-5 business days (excluding WA and TAS) or unless specified otherwise. In the event that a product you order is not available, or WRS Orora is otherwise unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund. Every endeavour will be made to complete delivery within the above timeframe, but WRS Orora will have no liability if delivery is late.

Delivery charges
WRS Orora will deliver the Products to the delivery address you provide, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). DDP is a standard freight term defined in Incoterms 2010. If your delivery address is within metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth, then delivery is free if your order is for $200 or more (excluding GST). If your delivery address is outside these areas, or below this amount, freight charges will apply, and will be calculated before completion of your order. Website sales are only available for delivery places within Australia.


If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a replacement or a refund by contacting Opal within 21 days of delivery. If Opal considers that your request has been made in good faith, we will arrange for collection of the relevant Product from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase, and either replace the Product, or provide you with a refund of the purchase price for the Product (including GST and shipping). 

You acknowledge that if you request a refund due to a change of mind or similar, Opal may decline to provide a full refund if the Products have been opened, used, or damaged, or are in such a condition that we cannot sell them to other customers.
You also acknowledge that Opal may extend the 21 day limit in the case of products with latent defects, that is, where a product contains defects that you could not have reasonably detected at the time of delivery. In such cases, you must request the replacement or refund within 14 days of discovering the defect.
