If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a replacement or a refund by contacting Opal within 21 days of delivery. If Opal considers that your request has been made in good faith, we will arrange for collection of the relevant Product from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase, and either replace the Product, or provide you with a refund of the purchase price for the Product (including GST and shipping).
You acknowledge that if you request a refund due to a change of mind or similar, Opal may decline to provide a full refund if the Products have been opened, used, or damaged, or are in such a condition that we cannot sell them to other customers.
You also acknowledge that Opal may extend the 21 day limit in the case of products with latent defects, that is, where a product contains defects that you could not have reasonably detected at the time of delivery. In such cases, you must request the replacement or refund within 14 days of discovering the defect.
